Thanksgiving Eve

I still put them in matching jammies.....

because I can & I LOVE IT!!

I decided to start a new tradition 2 years ago. I figured that instead of Christmas Jammies on Christmas Eve it would be a better idea to give my family CHRISTMAS Jammies on Thanksgiving Eve so that I can actually buy CHRISTMAS JAMMIES & get to see them all month long instead of AFTER Christmas! I also give the little kids their chocolate advent calendars attached to the present. It is so fun & gets them all excited for Santa. My way to sort of kick off the gift giving spirit!! I believe they appreciate the gift more because it is all by itself rather than one more thing after we get home late Christmas Eve after having presents at Grandma Vockel's. She usually gives them another pair of jammies then so....yep, I love buying pj's with Santa on them & I love it on Thanksgiving!! After the big feast jammies are more comfortable anyway!!

I could not resist Papa Smurf for Tad....

....the alternative was "Family Guy", which I HATE!!

Mykah just had to have the bunny!

These guys are so fun!

We can't wait for Christmas!
