Spencer the was voted in and recognized as the Assistant Captain for his team today! We are so proud. The team and coaches voted and Spencer didn't know about it until they called his name....Good Job Skip!

First trip to the penalty box.....Second........yes, this is number three.......and the FOURTH!Penaltys can be a problem for Spencer sometimes....he is big and aggressive (like hockey players need to be) but it is not legal to 'check' until next year! It seems to come natural for him and the coaches like the aggression but sometimes the refs don't! He is not a dirty player just makes a lot of contact and is used to playing with Tad and Dexter so all I can say is......next year....WATCH OUT! Spencer has been waiting for the checking to be legal for a long time!
Shaking hands with the refs after a game is what the CAPTAINS are suppossed to do...he takes this job very seriously.
