Easter Sunday
As you can see the Easter Bunny brought everyone new goggles this year! They will be perfect for Cherry Hill this summer. Gma Vockel gave all the kids new swim suits so we are set! Now all we need is warm weather.....it is still SNOWING!!!

Our day was very laid back and relaxing....we did not have to be anywhere at a set time or spend all morning getting food or ourselves ready to go. I got a text from my mom Easter morning saying she had cooked two roasts and to come down when we were hungry and help her and Dex eat them if we wanted. We were very LAZY and after some of us took a nap...we went to "Favorite Gma's" for dinner.
These were Bo's favorite thing! Most people go to church on Easter...we had a serious boxing match in the living room....Ummmm, Bo won! Grace was the card girl and paraded around in her swim suit and her bad hair. I guess it works for us!

Lisa also sent me a text asking if Bo & Grace could come over to look for eggs and entertain them. I guess Easter was pretty boring at their house.....not after the VOCKEL'S got there!

The biggest problem is I have come to realize she is a lot like me... and I understand her need to get in the last word. I try to give her space and time alone. I mainly just shut her down before she is worked up into a bawling fit of rage. She gets the same amount of respect she gives and sometimes it isn't much but she is getting better. I also chalk a lot of it up to her age and I certainly would not want to be going on 12 again!
I love the goggles... Looks like you all had a GREAT day...
