Fish Lake
....Our 4th of July family vacation....
We started out by renting a motorhome for the trip. What an adventure! It seemed to be the solution to not having to drive two cars and me not having to pull the bike trailer. I did it to Fillmore last year and NEVER again! I hated every second and was white knuckled the whole way there and back. Scared me to death! The night we picked up the motorhome Derek noticed a weird smell while the kids were watching a movie. He started to check things out and found the exhaust pipe to the generator bent in half and shoved in one of the storage compartments.....yes, that is a PROBLEM! He spent half the next day getting it fixed and then we were on our way. I was still nervous because the motorhome was 31' and the trailer is 29' so yes a very L O N G load!!(....just like this post!) I didn't get in the front seat til we got off I-15.

Most of all I loved not having to stop for potty breaks!
While there....
we went riding....
Averie built a fort for Grace.....
Picked flowers.....

Grace caught a caterpillar, HER name was Harry.
She even gave Harry a pet kitty & some flowers.

He caught about 12 fish, one right after another!
...we observed a little nature!
Best of all sat by the fire & had custard from Nielsen's!
